I was twenty when I first started having reactions to food. It was everything, and I had no idea what was causing it. Thanks to an incredible ER doctor he identified an allergy to soy then set me up with a specialist. At first my reactions were fairly mild and progressively got worse. Eventually I learned how much soy my body was intaking and not just through food. Thankfully, through the work of countless doctors, specialists, and far to much testing I learned that in addition to soy I have a gluten allergy, and autoimmune disorder. This all kicked of a very fun life of learning what I can and can't use, from food, to lotions, to odd things like reactions to adhesives or exotic types of wood. Everything below is meant to help others who struggle with allergies.
